Membership Program FAQs
Do I need to join the Our Medical Membership program?
Patients who wish to continue to access the Our Medical centre will need to join the Membership program. It's free to join and easy to do via the Our Medical app. Non-members will be charged a private fee to see a GP.
(Please note, Penrith Urgent Care Clinic patients are not required to join the Our Medical Membership Program)
How much does the program cost?
It's free to join the Access Pass tier of the Our Medical Membership Program. Patients can choose to upgrade to Access Pass PLUS Family Pass PLUS for just $25 or $45 per year, respectively.
What do I need to identify that I'm a member?
Membership program members can access their digital membership card from the
Our Medical app.
Can I sign up for multiple Our Medical centres?
Yes, you can choose to nominate one Our Medical centre as your preferred centres
but use in as many centres as you'd like.

Where is the Our Medical Membership Program available?
The Membership Program is available in NSW at Penrith, Crows Nest, Gregory Hills, Dee Why, Marsden Park and Kellyville, in VIC at Williams Landing, Caroline Springs and Cranbourne and in QLD at Annerley, Ashmore, Loganholme, North Lakes and Gold Coast.
