Real-time GP rosters are now available in the ['Our Medical' app](/our-medical-app). You can see the roster for a particular GP up to two weeks in advance, or filter by day to see which GPs are practising on a particular day. Telehealth during operational hours is only available for Cranbourne and Marsden Park. Patients of these centres can join the queue for a telehealth consult via the ['Our Medical' app](/our-medical-app).

Under Medicare, Telehealth consultations are only available to existing patients who have seen their GP in person in the last 12 months. All new patients are welcome to visit our medical centre between 7am and 10pm for a GP consultation in-person.

You are welcome to use a referral to another radiology service at Our Medical Radiology. Provided it’s a valid referral from your doctor or other healthcare practitioner, the service will still be Medicare bulk billed.

Our Medical Radiology Medicare bulk bills all x-ray and CT services, and most ultrasound services.

Our Medical Radiology is an nib first choice preferred provider. International visitors or students that have health insurance with nib may be eligible for 'no gap' radiology services.

Yes, patients have the option to request a certain GP, join the queue for the first available doctor, and also request first 'male' or 'female' doctor. 

To do this, simply select 'Doctor of your choice', 'Any doctor', 'Female doctor only' or 'Male doctor only' depending on your preference. 

The Our Medical app will provide you with real-time updates on your progess in the queue on the homepage. Patients will also receive a notification when they are up next and which GP room to go to. 

On the homepage of the Our Medical app, there is a section for 'eScripts' and 'Documents'. Once you have selected either option, you will be able to view your documents. 

Please ask the GP during your consultation to release these documents to your app. 

Patients are able to make appointments with an allied health professional or specialist by selecting the 'Specialist/Allied' option on the homepage of the app. 

1. Once selcted, select '+ Make a new appointment' and all allied health and specialists will show up on your screen. 
2. Select the allied health professional or specialist you wish to see and then select your preferred date and time. 
3. When you arrive for your appointment, simply open this section off the app and select 'check-in' to notify the allied health professional or specialist that you have arrived. 

Yes, patients who wish to see a GP at Our Medical and do not have a Medicare card or DVA can still book to see a GP via the Our Medical app. 
1. Private patients will need to enter their card details to pay for the appointment. 
2. A tax invoice will be emailed once the consultation has been completed and patients can claim this with their healthfund. 

Yes, dependants can be added on your account. 
1. Select 'Account' in the bottom right corner. 
2. Select 'dependants' and enter their details 

To check multiple patients in, simply follow the check-in process like normal and select all patients who need to see a GP. 

Patients who wish to continue to access the Our Medical centre will need to join the Membership program. It's free to join and easy to do via the ‘Our Medical’ app. Non-members will be charged a private fee to see a GP.

*Please note, Penrith and Gold Coast Urgent Care Clinic patients are not required to join the Our Medical Membership Program*

It's free to join the Access Pass tier of the Our Medical Membership Program. Patients can choose to upgrade to Access Pass PLUS or the Family Pass PLUS for just $25 or $45 per year, respectively using the [Our Medical app](/our-medical-app).

Membership program members can access their digital membership card from the **Membership Program** section of the [Our Medical App](/our-medical-app)

You only need one Membership Program account that can be used across as many Our Medical centres as you like.
