With family and friends visiting over the holiday season, we're here to help your visitors when they need to access quality healthcare away from home. We offer bulk billed walk-in GP consults for both new and existing patients—no appointment necessary. For an easier check-in process, new patients can download the & Our Medical app from the Apple App Store or Google Play and register ahead of their visit.
Alongside bulk-billed GP consultations, we offer on-site radiology, pathology, pharmacy services and well-equipped treatment rooms. This means we are prepared to address a variety of medical requirements every day of the year. From blood tests to fractures, prescriptions to specialist referrals, we're here to support you and your loved ones. Please note that the co-located services offered may differ between centres. Our onsite dental clinics provide same-day appointments for dental emergencies, including severe toothaches, cracked or knocked-out teeth, infections, lost fillings or crowns, dental abscesses, and sports injuries. Book an appointment at your nearest Our Medical Dental clinic. Please note that holiday hours may vary by clinic.
If you're away from home and can't come into a centre, Our Sage Telehealth provides access to experienced GPs via telehealth from 7am – 11pm AEDT every day. Accessible across Australia, Our Sage allows you to consult with an Australian-registered GP from wherever you are—whether it’s your hotel room, a café, or the airport.
