• have attended the practice within the past 12 months;
• not require a physical examination;
• remain at the centre during your telehealth consultation.

How It Works

Using our bulk-billed telehealth service is designed to be simple and user-friendly. Here’s how the process works:

1. Check Your Eligibility: Start by speaking with our friendly reception team. They will guide you through the eligibility criteria and answer any questions you may have.
2. Join the Telehealth Queue: Once your eligibility is confirmed, you will be placed in a designated queue specifically for telehealth consultations. This dedicated approach helps streamline the process and minimises wait times.
3. Telehealth Consultation: When it’s your turn, you will be escorted to a private room where a qualified General Practitioner will phone you via your mobile. During this consultation, you will have the opportunity to discuss your health concerns, ask questions, and receive medical advice tailored to your situation.

Bulk Billed Telehealth Hours

We understand that your schedule may vary, which is why our bulk billed telehealth service is available during the following hours:

• Weekdays: 6 PM – 10 PM
• Weekends: 10 AM – 10 PM

This flexibility ensures that you can access healthcare services at times that are most convenient for you.
