These are the instructions to delete your account from the Our Medical App, developed by WYCOMBE SERVICES PTY LTD. This deletes your instance of your account on the Our Medical App.

1. Login to the Our Medical App
2. Select 'Account' in the bottom right hand corner
3. Select 'My Contact details'
4. Scroll to the bottom and select 'Delete account'
5. Select 'Delete'

*Please note: your patient record at Our Medical will remain in our database.
