Invisible treatment

Unlike other straightening treatments such as braces, clear aligners are virtually invisible in their appearance. They blend seamlessly with your natural teeth which makes them an ideal choice for older teenagers or adults who may be concerned about the look of braces. It is recommended to wear them for at least 22 hours a day to ensure optimal results and watch your smile transform.

Treatment duration varies depending on the complexity of your case and the adherence to wearing the aligners 22 hours per day. Once your aligners have been fitted by your dentist it can typically range anywhere from 6-18 months. Regular follow-up appointments or check-ins with your dentist will allow for progress monitoring so the treatment can be adjusted as needed.

Dr Sweta Dahal has gained diverse experience working professionally across WA, NSW, NZ, and TAS before settling in Brisbane. She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry with special interest in Surgical extractions and Crowns. Dr Sweta Dahal is available at Our Medical North Lakes dental.

Dr Sam Kulkarni focuses on preventing dental diseases and effectively communicating with her patients to guide them towards achieving optimal oral health. She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry with particular interest in clear aligners, root canal treatments, crowns, dentures, extractions, and gum disease prevention.
